United B777 Loses Engine Parts After Take-off From Denver samchui.com/2021/02/20/united-b777-loses-engine-parts-after-take-off-from-denver/Catarina MadureiraFebruary 20, 2021 Today a United Airlines Boeing 777-200 experienced a serious failure of engine #2, shortly after take-off from Denver International Airport; the aircraft has scattered parts from the engine over the Broomfield neighborhood. According to the AvHerald, the 26-year-old aircraft, registration N772UA and performing flight UA-328 from Denver to Honolulu (USA), was in the initial climb out of Denver’s runway 27 when the right-hand engine’s (PW4077) inlet separated; this separation is associated with the failure of the engine. Imagine that appearing on your front doorstep! (couldn't paste the photo in)

Click bait, it was not a hard landing, it was a gear failure. And therefore you don't have to smash the aircraft on the concrete to run into trouble. It was a normal landing
