Very nice long-distance shots, Linie 9 ! I like these views of the river and ship, with the A380 just hardly visible in the distance.
Mathias Düber found a very interesting spotting position ! Impressive views !

MSN 195 2nd & CFF approaching XFW rwy 23 - 2016.02.11 what will happen? tbc the centerlines are crossing (that's normal everywhere) but the objects will be in position then: the vessel's speed is 15 knots, the plane's about 10 times faster:  although the sizes are 3:2 (ship length vs wing span) security rulez: Pegasus 1, Etihad 0 throttle and nose up  gears in  climbing a bit more  ready to go around  eastward  crossing Hamburg harbor  and approaching again  crossing the river Elbe  final rwy 23  touchdown  |

A wonderful story in pictures ! Thank you for the movie, Linie 9 ! Your photographs are so different, each with a different kind of beauty ! That changing light truly stimulates one's imagination. How could you tell from your pictures that it all happened in a few miniutes ?
