Here is another ex Thomas Cook A321 heading for cargo conversion, ferried by Jettest.aero again. VP-CCG NSN 1887 ex G-TCDX ferried 28jun21 LCA-MLA-KEF-PSM-TPA, for freighter conversion ex G-TCDX Skyliner updated its entry so this will go to GYR for now. Although I do expect this particular frame will be converted at one point later. Airbus A321 -211 1887 VP-CCG Aviation Capital Group ferried 28-29jun21 LCA-MLA-KEF-PSM-GYR ex G-TCDX www.skyliner-aviation.de/regdb.main?LC=nav4

Thanks, this could be a busy / interesting thread ? Yeah, this could be one of the few public sources you'll find on internet for a complete list of A321 conversion, and discussions.

But more important....who will be the operator? Here is the answer to your question ! Quote CH Aviation "The Latvian ACMI/charter specialist, which until recently operated exclusively in the passenger market, confirmed it would convert YL-LDB (msn 2342), YL-LDA (msn 2903), YL-LCZ (msn 2912), and YL-LCX (msn 3191). All four aircraft are leased from GTLK - State Transport Leasing and are between 14 and 16.7 years of age. They have been barely active since October-November 2020 and are currently parked at Riga, Tallinn Lennart Meri, and Vilnius airports. GTLK signed the P2F contract with Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW) in May 2021, with three units entering to enter the conversion line by the end of 2021 and the fourth one in 2022."
