It says the plane didn't have any black boxes, was it just that particular one or do military planes not carry any?......
Sad, and with an unusual high amount of casualties for a military accident.......

It fell on residential area, I assume the number of causality on the ground is more than people in plane

Very sad It says the plane didn't have any black boxes, was it just that particular one or do military planes not carry any?...... I remember seeing black boxes on the RAAF's C-130Js although I'm not sure if there are any international rules for the compulsory installment of black boxes on military aircraft.
