So QR remains launch customer? Maybe QR can take delivery of the first A321neo together with their first A320neo. Yeah Ok, I'm going by the ATDB, it's saying that this one "Built: 01/2017" the next A321 in the list has "Built: 03/2017" and is also QR. Looks like QR is still Launch Operator, the next two are for CZ I read in an article a few months ago that even though they have problems, they still want to be the Launch Customer. Or i may be confusing the A350 -900/1000 with the A320/321(i can't find the article now - unfortunately). Has this actually ever happened before? an Airline being the Launch Customer for 4 Airplanes? hindsight is 20/20 vision, but just looking at this, problems were bound to surface...

My question might be a little late, i beg your forgiveness. There are 4 versions of the GTF 1100 Series, are all 4 versions having the bowing and high temp operating limits? If QR is launch customer for both 320 and 321, will we see the same engine issues playing out for the 321 come next year?

Will we see the same engine issues playing out for the 321 come next year? Most probably, all versions should meet with the same problems, but I am quite sure P&W designed a fix for all versions, so that the A321 and A319 should have a problem-free entry into service. The remaining issue now is production ramp-up, but this is only temporary.

I know they're planned test hours and nothing fixed...
The A321neo P&W frame just passed the 300 hours that were part of the "Planned 600hrs to be distributed evenly over both frames"
