So what airline will get the first one and when please? We are not privy to the discussions that took place between Airbus, QR and the engine manufacturers. We don't know whether existing differences have been settled or not, or whether QR is actually taking A321neos instead of A320neos as they said last time they talked in public about their narrowbodies. Neither do we know their choice of engine provider, since the latest information seems to be that they were discussing with both of them ... As the above questions are holding the choice of the A321 launch customer, I could not make a prediction. |

Virgin America is the launch operator for the CFM variant. And China Southern may be the P&W launch operator.
