There seem to be now 3 Engine Alliance frames waiting for engines in TLS.

There are going to have to be a lot of AN124 flights to get the missing engines delivered ! How so - I believe it can take all four at once.

It can take even more than 4. It can carry 2 x T72 tanks - payload is 150t and range over 5000 km - i.e. on the short flight from UK to FR at least that !!!! One TRENT 900 is about 6.5 t so concerning weight they can take 23 pcs at once. It is space limited but I am pretty sure they could load at least 16 pcs at once - so your 12 pcs is a piece of cake I stand corrected - those are EA so it is longer flight from the USA - but still with stop at Keflavik it is still easy.

I am glad you got your correction in before I could respond, otherwise carnage So 20 units needed ASAP ? It's not a rollout without engines ? The frame carrying the engine weighs about 3 t as well ! ps if I had built those engines and what they are worth I would not stick 20 on flight ! Could be a big loss, one bad landing and you just lost 400m $

You would be OK - since the shipment is of course insured. So you would just had to produce new engines and sell them once more and have another business.

There seem to be now 3 Engine Alliance frames waiting for engines in TLS. I count only 2 MSN208 and MSN209, which would be the 3rd one?..

I think you might have missed the point that EA are obviously behind on deliveries already, so stick 20 engines on one plane with the possibility of losing them all is not a good idea. They might be insured for the loss, but they can't replace them ! Because they can't make them fast enough.

MSN193 can wait, it's in a storage state, I think maybe it doesn't need engines for several months.....
