It looks like any A320 - 180 seats. The question is what is the pitch in the Business section and what remains onto the economy ?

According to this it is With its new A320 neo Lufthansa will be providing 81 cms (31.8 inches) of legroom in business but economy class will be trimmed to 71 cms (29.1 inches). It is easy mathematics - the more you give to the C the less is left for Y, completely Y cabin is better than this ridiculous mix. i.e. the advice for Y passenger is simple (up to that you increase the probability you will finish the flight - no strike): If you can find the flight from someone else (i.e. than LH group) go with him.

If the future seat pitch is only like lowcost people will expect lowcost prices anytime. It will become harder to justify being more epensive as a legacy carrier's higher cost have to be earned.

Apparently, LH intends to have an attractive premium class and a low-cost set-up in economy, the former being the difference with LCCs.

But doesn't that again ruin the total number of passengers onboard and the cost per seat? I think it's better to do one thing or the other, not both at the same time. They have Eurowings as a dedicated lowcost brand. Why not make Lufthansa some quality product? From Hamburg to Munich or to Frankfurt and Stuttgart you would find enough people that would pay more for pitch and comfort.

Actually it is different. They do present to Y product worse than the LCCs, lets forget those bad crakers worth few cents you get.
