From Radar Toulouse it is visible that MSN59 is climping with smal steps until 38.000 Feet and then descending with 21632 feet/min (around 120m/s) to 27.000 Feet Thats not bad

MSN59 last flight was on 10th Feb 2017. As already reported did MSN59 some fast descending on 10th Feb 2017. Maybe this was one of the Flutter-Test and MSN59 is out off the Flght-Test for a generally check before the next flight. But this is only my assumption.

Test aircraft have to be grounded from time to time for a change in test instrumentation.
