From Radar Toulouse it is visible that MSN59 is climping with smal steps until 38.000 Feet and then descending with 21632 feet/min (around 120m/s) to 27.000 Feet Thats not bad  |

MSN59 last flight was on 10th Feb 2017.
As already reported did MSN59 some fast descending on 10th Feb 2017.
Maybe this was one of the Flutter-Test and MSN59 is out off the Flght-Test for a generally check before the next flight.
But this is only my assumption.

Test aircraft have to be grounded from time to time for a change in test instrumentation.
