Is it possible that the Test-Crew from Airbus sometimes use the Serial-Number from the plane as callsign? www.flightradar24.com/AIB1657/84a53daAIB1657 for MSN 1657. There is no information about the aircraft and registartion in the information-filed.

There is no information about the aircraft and registration in the information-filed. This data is not present in the ADS-B stream, just the callsign, flightnumber and hex. The type and the reg is from the FR24 database looking after the HEX. HEX usually belongs to an registration. So this works fine for testaircrafts as the hex and reg a special for an type and is reused each time. If FR24 has not the data for a new reg it is not shown. You see this for the A350 testaircrafts sometimes (for example at the moment for MSN12) and new deliveries which just a get there new reg (and new HEX).

I thought all the Avianca Brazil (Synergy) A330 was either going to Iran or "nowhere", but seems like their are taking delivery of two? MSN1657 seems to be delivered yesterday?

I didn't expect this. Well, it explains why Airbus bought back only 2 A330s for Iran Air
