XWB i was about to post that picture too.  Difference compared to a last picture I have seen was that it got Sharklets attached.

I assume P&W is very slow to deliver engines, but I do think birds being sold are sold with new engines.

The tweet was from Avolon, a leasing company.
So my guess is that this is the first A320neo that IndiGo leased from them.
Maybe the others were bought directly or leased through another company...?
