On 32 aircraft.... Of well, could be worse EDIT: I forgot the Sunny side here. Pratt employees are guaranteed not to lose their jobs. Those engines seem to brake down faster than they can build them.

Yep can't fire'em otherwise you ain't got no one who knows how to fix'em. Kinda reminds me of a story about Intel. The engineers there usually don't write manuals for their codes or designs. Why? So that Intel can't fire them because only they know how to solve the issues in their product.

Not at all - it's 69 replacements, not 69 engines. When you have to lease a replacement engine because your own engine is faulty, then you need a second replacement later when your own engine has been repaired.

However, the news source claimed the conversion is for 20-25 A320neo slated for delivery in FY2018/19 sound non-realistic given the certification required and scarcity of ACF tooling and production at current stage.
