'roll out from cabin outfit' might not mean full roll out, or would it?......

As far as we know there is an official handover between FAL and flightline, and Airbus said no unfinished frames on flightline anymore. So being on flightline she should be finished. That she was not on FL but P18 might be a sign there was(!) still something to do.

Thank for posting this presentation again, Scing. "Zero remaining work at start of flight line" is a lofty goal, the realistic one seems to be "Reduce outstanding work in FAL".
Reducing outstanding work must be very difficult while increasing the pace of production. When production is stabilised, lots of improvements will be introduced.

My point in fact is for what the frame did after cabin completion on the 03rd and FL picture on the 15th.... Would be nice to see other FL pictures in between both dates to see a little more when it actually rolled out?.....

Well, I think the September 3rd picture is the best evidence of roll-out we'll ever have.
As Airbus does not give any notice, the only roll-out date we have is the first time the aircraft is spotted on the flightline, painted and fitted with engines.

Though still my point goes on, the picture on the 3rd isn't a picture of the FL, only the picture coming out of the hangar outfitted... If we think/assume there could be some more work after, it would be nice to see other FL pictures from between those 2 dates.......
Without any I would propose to count the roll out on the 15th....?.....
