Hello, I just found your forum, and I am a NK pilot. I do have a question, these A320NEOs that Spirit has not decided to take delivery of due to the engine cooling issue, are they just sitting around on the ramp somewhere in TLS? I do find it interesting that there are two of them, are there more slated to come out of assembly just to wait on engines? Our COO stated to us that we were not planning on taking neo delivery until later and we have deferred A319s scheduled to be returned to lessors and deferred A320 interior cabin retrofits to cover the flying that the neo aircraft not coming online as scheduled would have done. Yes, waiting for engines. There should be 1 at XFW and 2 at TLS now, AFAIK. With more coming of the line in a not so distant future |

AFAIK the Spirit A320neo's are delayed by 2 months.
