Pardon my ignorance folks. How does one cover up an entire airplane livery? Is it done with a plastic film, similar to.how automobile manufacturers try to hide the design of their new cars during track testing? Is it a water soluble paint that gets washed off with a special solution that des not affect the actual livery.

Looks like aluminium coating or something similar, or some coating for painting. Very professional work!

For me it looks like a simple plastic film (see the pictures from Theo Franchi)

With engines Msn60 F-WZFK 8/9/2017 by A380_TLS_A350, on Flickr Judging by the slight bits of colour that can be seen around the windows, it does appear to somewhat fit the following livery from upthread

Ok guys. This frame can be considered rolled out, how much flight testing will be done on this frame? considering it was delivered to the leasing company, it should not be that long a process.... its a fascinating livery!!!

This one wasn't delivered. MSN52 and MSN55 are the ones delivered. This frame hasn't fly even yet.
