My guess is Garuda converting A330ceo's into A330neo's.

January Orders and Delivery report shows total undisclosed orders for A330-900 = 16. In December report there wasn't any undisclosed orders for A330 neo. In January order for 14 a330 neo from undisclosed customer. 16 - 14 = 2 additional orders for a330-900 from another undisclosed customer (maybe conversion from a320 family as Gulf Air from A330-300 to A320 family).

Malaysia Airlines intended to lease two A330-900 aircraft. Perhaps the lessor ordered two jets?

In my opinion these lessor will be Air Lease Corporation and customer who will lease 2 a330-900 from ALC will be Malaysia Airlines (who has 2 lease options for a330 neo and 2 lease options for a350-900 with ALC).
