But why one has the tail painted while the other not? The tails are produced in my hometown of Stade, Germany (just outside of Hamburg). Usually they get painted once they are manufactured but I'm wondering if they are not even bothering to paint the tail when the aircraft is expected to sit for a longer period of time? |

Addasih is right, we should act as we usually do. When the methods are stable, it's more easy to look for information later.
