I'd think roll out would have occured a few days before too, perhaps on the 13th then? Let's retain the date of 15th until we find an earlier trace of it being outside......  But the photographer was present at TLS on the 13th ...... |

Photographer may have been present on 13th in the morning, very rare are the cases when the Photographer posts pictures twice a day..... Frame might have rolled out afternoon or evening on the 13th?.. Who knows |

The pictures of first flights / deliveries get posted nearly real time. Modern technology  |

But the photo is marked as taken on the 15th of July. Yes, exactly that makes me believe that the frame was not outside on the 13th |

And there are no photos on the 14th, so as mentioned as the picture doesn't mention 'roll out' of the frame, frame may have rolled out either on 13th afternoon evening either on the 14th.... nice! |
