I'm not sure we need more than one thread for groupe Dubreuil and its subsidiaries Air Caraïbes and French Bee. Just my two cents ...

so they are putting 429 seats into a frame that Airbus has said was designed for 366. can anyone with more knowledge than me make an educated guess/ back of napkin calculation on the seat pitch for such a Configuration? thanks.

They have 389 in their -900s, so basically the pitch will be the same inn the two

What's unusual about the configuration is not seat pitch, it's ten-abreast seating ... So far, no one outside groupe Dubreuil has followed their example. It's like a nine-abreast A330. There is a worse set-up, though : an eight-abreast 767.
