EK: difference between LR frames (Long-Range, with no cabin crew area, 517 or 519 seats) and ULR frames (Ultra Long-Range, with cabin crew area, 489 or 491 seats): Main Deck, 1st row of windows between the 2 front doors (row of window just underneath the "E" of Emirates): LR frame: 12 windows (example MSN207) A380 Emirates A6-EOW delivery by XFW-Spotter, on Flickr and ULR frame: 11 windows (example MSN187) A380 Emirates A6-EOM delivery by XFW-Spotter, on Flickr And the 2-class frames will have 12 windows, but there will be one window less on the upper deck, second row of windows starting from the front.... (check on the 2 last pictures, that window is there on LR and ULR frames!) 615 seats for the 2-class configuration. Example: MSN208 A380 Emirates A6-EOX by XFW-Spotter, on Flickr Many thanks again spotterxfw for all your efforts and your input!!!

The 2-class birds have also no missing window on the first row of the upper deck. Maybe that helps too ...
