Former Latam PR-XTK will join Delta Airlines as N575DZ.
Probably more ex-Latam A350 will join Delta Airlines.

Looks like a fantastic deal, leasing a low-hour young fleet with low lease rate, perfect replacement for the B777 fleet when demand comes back. Also protecting Delta's interest in LATAM, avoiding heavy penalty payment to AerCap. By doing this, Delta probably saved more than the $62m cancellation payment paid earlier.
As the ex-LATAM A350s flying to VCV and most of Delta retired B777 frames are there (3 sold, 3 elsewhere, 12 in VCV currently), just wondering whether they are moving those almost brand new Delta One suite from the B777 to A350, 28 seats on B777 x 15 frames = 420 seats, and 13 A350 x 32 seats each required = 416.
LATAM Business seats are not bad, but Delta One suite is a much better product. Delta One suite do have different versions, but the number match is perfect in this case if Delta want all A350s have the same onboard product.
And there are 48 Delta Premium Select seats on each B777, and there are 48 on Delta's A350 as well. Again, perfect mach on number if they want to replace the current product and plenty of time to do it as the demand is still slowly picking up.

This report says these A350s will get "the interiors reconfigured with Delta’s product", which is a good news. Out of the LATAM thirteen, seven of them were leased from AerCap, assuming these are the same seven frames Delta is getting.

Delta confirmed lease 7 a350-900 from Aercap (ex-LATAM): List of 7 a350-900 of LATAM recently rejected leases from Aercap, now taken by Delta: pages 5-10

Should those Delta frames not be moved from Latam to Delta?
