Possible. With MSN 65 (2nd A350-1000) in paint, MSN 71 (3rd A350-1000) in S30 and MSN88 (4th A350-1000) about to be loaded in S59/S50, there should be 1 additional Station 40 available.

One of the A380 hangars (L32 if I'm not mistaken).

It is undergoing what Airbus calls "outstanding work", just as all other A350s. Once the work in those tents is finished, the aircraft are towed inside one of the A380 hangars for the heavy lifting work.
