Looks like MSN 7517 is back in storage. This time, it is not an engine issue. Deliveries are on hold following sanctions imposed on the airline by the Hong-Kong regulator. |

I guess Hong Kong Express is not banned anymore from adding new aircraft to its fleet? ... Or perhaps the regulator accepted to make an exception for aircraft that was already built ? |
