BTW, Since AirAsia is 9M-xxx and Thai AirAisa is HS-xxx, I treat them as two separate airlines. In term of order book it's actually same, Malaysia AirAsia provide financial lease to Thai AirAsia.

I'd agree in having 2 different threads, since the threads are per airline, ..or should we keep a single thread but rename it 'Air Asia group A320neos'? ...... any other thoughts?

If you keep 1 thread for 1 AOC, you will need 6 threads for all of them, or even more when AirAsia setup their Vietnam/Myanmar/China(?) subsidiary. Better to have just one, as in term of order book and ownership all under AirAsia group.

They even have the same livery. Quote confusing and difficult to separate.

The "group" seems most logical since AirAsia transfers aircraft between subsidiaries (and I'm pretty sure you certainly don't want to do the same with the various threads...) Same goes for the over-200 future A320 family for Lion Air.
