Any ideas what that blue structure is? some form of lift / elevator?

I believe it's an elevator.

I assumed it was, one would deduce that based on its location its used to lift items up to teh rear door..

The blue structure is an elevator for evacuate big tool. It' a very practice system when you have a heavy part Thanks Nico. Although I couldn't see the lift mechanism, I figured based on its location and size, it had to be used to lift large or fixtures up to the door.
