I think so. Well, that explains a lot (8 frames in outfitting and only 6 bays).

I think it would also mean that MSN131 will not have its wings repaired before delivery. Fabien

I think it would also mean that MSN131 will not have its wings repaired before delivery. Fabien She may still roll out in time. I hope that this frame was painted in advance to allow a timely delivery. ... And I am sure that TG had rather receive the aircraft a little late than receive her on schedule with a problem ...

Though, MSN131 is now in its 11th week at XFW, I don't have my data sheets with me right now but imagining an end of OF at the end of July (14th week of OF), adding 8 or 9 weeks of wing repair (as the article states, "2 months and a half"), this would lead to the begining of October (also without counting some Summer Brake slowing downs), as I mentioned yesterday the shortest time-frame between roll out and delivery is with only 2 EK frames, 4 weeks, it is then at least 5 or 6 weeks maybe? maybe more? for TG frames, it seems to me that MSN131 will not have the permanent fix. That said,I have no issue imagining Airbus still delivering frames without wing repair, any airline might need some 'fresh' (unrepaired)-frames to replace the earlier-delivered frames going for repairs. I think the article is over estimating the time to repair the wings. Multiple articles mentioned that LH and SQ were able to do it in just 6 weeks. I am waiting for the first EK frame to finish to see how long it took them.

... it seems to me that MSN131 will not have the permanent fix. Don't you think that TG would prefer a two weeks delay and a no-problem aircraft ?
