Here in Michigan, I grew up knowing that I would always have to wait 30 minutes if I didn't like the weather. We're currently in spring and I am currently enjoying it, but am cautiously waiting for any freak snowstorm between now and the end of April.
I came back from BKK in late January where temps were like -20C or colder, and that was beyond brutal coming home to. In retrospect, I probably would've hoped the flight was oversold coming home to at least wait a few more days for temperatures to return to normal, whatever normal is in our winters.

My experimental Flight Operations Map is showing some strong storms moving into Western Germany. Might see some more (Beluga) Ferry Flight detours in the next few hours

Cool map. Is there possibly any public link to available please? Its available here: aibfamily.flights/mapJust keep in mind its in BETA and it will never be as good as any of the real Flight Trackers. It's meant as an experiment to see what is going on Live and to see if it's possible to automate the Project.

With the usual heavy thunderstorms that spread sometimes in Spring or Summer, a question has occurred Has there ever been an hail/wind storm in the past that has caused significant damage to undelivered planes at Finkenwerder or Toulouse?

The eye of Hurricane Lorenzo is barely going to miss The Azores. The TAF for Lajes (TER) is forecasting 80 knot wind gusts overnight. Could be worse I suppose. This will eventually hit Ireland on Thursday as a Post Tropical Storm bringing strong winds.
