Is it normal to move her to the DC with 2 weeks to perfom the client acceptance and prior to the delivery date or is it just because it is the first frame for the airline?

I think we can't give the right answer here. I have seen frames with a very fast acceptance-phase and many with a very slow acceptance-phase. Whether is was the first frame for an Airline or not. It is always dependent if there are some problem during the acceptance-phase or not. But that is only my personal opinion.
