I remember that back in the old days when the USA was providing Iraq with arms to fight Iran ! At LHR unmarked US registered B747s would come in to the cargo area and off load Helicopters that were then loaded on Iraqi IL76s ! Not sure this needs its own thread though, could just go in the B747 general thread ?

It's more about the device. Do other aircraft have stuff like that? I seem to remember DC-10 freighters unloading their own "spider type" unloading devices from the main deck side cargo door. Just think about what use some A330 "Regional" freighter could make of it or even a combi? However they seem to be not possible anymore due to main deck fire concerns.

An124s and the 225 can /are fitted with beam cranes in the roof of the hold.

... some funny but smart designed -old times- onboard loading device .... Funny? Yes. Smart? Yes. Heavy? I think that thing reduces the max payload by a big margin...

Heavy? - Yes probably by 5-10 tons, but some of the cargos were bulky not heavy. In those days it meant you could go to airfields, civil or military that did not have the equipment to load / off load an B747f and be independent.
