I agree Philidor. the article paints a very rosy picture, dare say, it's just a minor hiccup. as you say XWB, tis last quarter, especially December will be soap opera-esque....

Well, a more careful reading shows that the piece is from Loren Thomson, director of the Lexington Institute. One of the companies funding the Institute is ... United Technologies, P&W's parent-company, which explains the praise !
