China Easterns first MAX should be LN6465, so they should start receiving theirs in 2017

AFAIK Norwegian will be first in May. Except that SW is taking early frames, but cannot operate them until September due to FAA issues (they only have one pilot pool and the FAA does not allow the pool to fly more than two sub-types, so the MAX is not being operated before the 737 classic is retired).

SW will take their first MAX in June, hence Norwegian remains first.

SW will take their first MAX in June, hence Norwegian remains first. On the other hand, if I remember correctly, SW is taking the first line numbers, now being used as test frames.

Yes, but the test frames require refurbishment and won't be delivered first.
