I have made a spreadsheet with contractual delivery, material delivery, customer and operator. Congratulations for your effort ! It may be impossible to determine which is #200 If Airbus and its customer wanted to celebrate the event, they would use a sticker and/or a press release. They actually seem to treat it as trivial, which is not surprising. Production numbers mean little to operators, which are more interested in the number of their own frames, while A350 production is now almost routine to Airbus.

Given the number of A350s we expect to be produced over the life of the programme, celebrating every 100th delivery is trivial indeed. This is in the same category as the A330 for which I don't recall a sticker for every 100th delivery. Perhaps somebody will want to recognise the 500th A350, but for sure the 1,000th will be the next most significant production milestone.
