Does somebody know why F-WZFF in TLS was changed to F-WJKM to fly to XFW only to be changed to D-AGAF to fly to HAM some 48 hours later ?? ??

No official delivery in April per O & D sheet despite of change of registration in the end of the month.

So the frame should be at HAM now.(?). After a record braking delivery flight of 21 minutes at a max altitude of 4700 feet it is now in the hands of Lufthansa Technik to finish the interior.

F-W seems to be the interim registration used by Airbus during fabrication.
German civilian registration D-AGAF seems to imply German Air Force. The letter A typically designating the "heavy" airliner category with MTOW above 20 tons. This is some vanity plate after the legal handover from Airbus to the defense ministry and LHT for cabin and systems installation it seems?
Next it should wear some interim military registration (iron cross and numbers) for final configuration acceptance and testing by the German MOD's procurement agency BAAINBw and then the final operational VIP Luftwaffe squadron military number (iron cross and numbers 10+03). Painters will love these birds. 10+01 and 10+02 to be the next in sequence.

And that interior is going to be somewhat simple for a quick delivery: A lounge, some offices, a conference room and a section with seats. Only when 10+01 10+04 and 10+02 10+?? have been fully converted to VIP and delivered, 10+03 will be returned to HAM for a full VIP conversion. (Source: Scramble)
