Does anyone have any info on the Capital Airlines plans for their A350s? If I’m not mistaken they were awaiting for the certification of the type in China, but I haven’t found any plans for their A350s routes, etc. Also, I’ve been hearing some interesting stuff about MSN98 and 112 for the past couple of months. Route approval is separate from certification of the aircraft type in China, so interestingly Capital Airlines has approval of using A350 on one particular route, but the aircraft type itself is not certified to be used in China.
The route Capital Airlines got CAAC approval for using A350 is Beijing to Copenhagen - announced on 6th December 2017, and approved in late December.
They could use both A330 and A350 for that route from March 2018, three flights per week.

Thanks ff ! That’s what I thought, as for what I’ve been hearing, 98 and 112 should have been delivered already and since CAAC is taking their time with the certification, Capital Airlines (or should I say HNA?) is looking into leasing (very likely in a short term) both of them to one of the HNA stake-owned Airlines, but, since they recently got approval for one of their routes, this may have changed.
