Seems that MSN 1816 will have test registration B-005C, I presume this one will be outfitted in Tianjin.

Latest production list update:
- Lucky Air will take several new build aircraft. - New allocations, mainly Chinese carriers. - MSN 1805 will have a Chinese test registration, just like MSN 1816. To be outfitted in Tianjin. - MSN 1830 will be a A330 MRTT for The Netherlands, Norway and Poland (joint venture). - MSN 1833, the 3rd A330neo, has been swapped (probably moved up due to the engine delay).

As for MSN1830, the countries have changed a bit, the aircraft are now purchased by the Netherlands and Luxembourg to be based at EHEH (Eindhoven). MinDef announcement: www.defensie.nl/english/latest/news/2016/07/28/netherlands-and-luxembourg-buy-tanker-aircraft-togetherAs for 1833, I personally never expected there to be a third A330-900neo prototype. I think there will be a similar strategy as with the A320neo, 2 prototypes for the base model (-900) and one for the "variant" (-800). In my view the current allocated testregistrations give it away. 1795 - FWTTN (-900) 1813 - FWTTE (-900) 1888 - FWTTO (-800) Together they spell "NEO" which is probably no coincidence, I see that the ATDB has 2 more (and earlier MSN) for the -800 and I personally expect them to either be changed to a "ceo", a production -900? or the -800 prototype is moved up to a earlier MSN. Just my 2cts
