A350s do, last October. A Frenchbee A350 went to TLS for crew training, and earlier this month a Vietnam Airlines A350 went to TLS as well because of this

MSN 1819 F-WWKM/CS-TUA, just landed from its 5th test flight, and it departed from the Delivery Centre. It seems to be a CAF
As for CS-TUF there were rumours that it went to TLS (ferry flight TP 9321) for an engine change but that's odd considering the fact that TAP has at least a spare.
Maybe this misterious CS-TUF flight and today's CAF of CS-TUA is a mere coincidence ... or not.
As for the rest of the fleet, they seem to be operating pretty well and some tight rotations have been seen. Presently TAP uses their A339s on the LIS-GRU, LIS-BSB, LIS-CNF, LIS-SSA & LIS-MIA route, but only the São Paulo services gets at least a Neo in daily use (in most days there are 3 flights between LIS and GRU)

As for CS-TUF there were reports of excessive fumes both in the cockpit and in the cabin in several occasions, I guess that puts an end to the mistery teory. CS-TUA, delivery scehduled for thursday, April 11, flight TP 9778 TLS 16h15 - LIS 18h15 (if t it's not postponed several times as itt was the case with CS-TUG)
