An MRTT was flown from Getafe to Chateauroux this afternoon as AED333, registration quoted as EC-332. I suppose this should be EC-333 (msn 1968) ferried for painting.

I think it did not got delivered Yes it was Translated as: Thursday, September 2 marks the reception of a new A330 # Phénix by the French Air and Space Army at 125 Istres air base. Translated as: Delivered by the DGA, this fifth A330 Phénix, n ° 45, completes the fleet of the 31st Air Supply and Strategic Transport Squadron (EARTS) which continues to support the ramp-up of the Armies Hub in Istres. |

A 5 year old IB A330-200 has been withdrawn from use and will be converted by Airbus for Spanish Air Force as A330MRTT. Airbus A330 -202 1694 EC-MIL Iberia last in svc 31aug21 MAD-DSS-MAD, sold to Airbus 01sep21 for MRTT-conversion, for Ejército del Aire prior tanker conv. late 2023 ex F-WWCH www.skyliner-aviation.de/regdb.main?LC=nav4&page=2 |
