Looks like delayed work and missed October delivery.
CI frames normally need 5-6 days between CAF and delivery (quickest was 3 days), and two of the eight frames delivered needed second CAF.

Looks like delayed work and missed October delivery. The paperwork might still be completed to-day, if the customer accepts the aircraft. |
