QR would need new frames quickly maybe, to compensate the loss of A330s going to Air Italy?...... They really don't, almost every flight they run at the moment is losing money, plenty of empty seats on their flights.
London route is their most important route, hence they spent huge marketing budget on Farnborough every single time. (I've been invited as VIP twice already to Farnborough by them.) Even the London route now there are so many empty seats free to choose. They really need to cut their route or frequency, no need new frames at all.
