Once more - as written before and as simply a fact - it is impossible to run a daily route with one frame ! You believe EY would be happy running a route once with A380 and once with A346 or 777 ?

Once more - as written before and as simply a fact - it is impossible to run a daily route with one frame ! You believe EY would be happy running a route once with A380 and once with A346 or 777 ? KE started a 2 daily returns with just one frame (MSN035) to NRT and HKG, QR will start a daily return to LHR with just one frame (MSN137)...... The thing is, it's not because an airline starts to operate A380s that it "has to be" a daily route...... EK started flights to JFK with just one frame (MSN011) and these weren't daily...... About MSN160 I would agree that most likely it could be delivered this year, but we do not know what the agreements between Airbus and QTR are, remember as MSN094 had rolled out of OF at the end of November one year and a half ago, it still got delivered a few months later in early last year...... ( philidor, congratulations for your new red-status! )

With MSN155's transfer to TLS today, Flight Line at XFW would look a little empty now, beside QR frames that aren't always out on the FL, only MSN158(EK) was rolled out... Airbus, time to roll out a few frames !

There are now 13 frames at XFW, with today's activity (many thanks again spotterxfw!!) I would expect to have: 6 frames inside OF bays: MSN137-QR1reOF? painted MSN143-QR2reOF? painted MSN145-QR3reOF? painted MSN164-EK MSN165-EK MSN166-EY1 2 frames inside Paint Shops (otherwise MSN161 or MSN160 or MSN168 might have already used one of them?...) MSN159-EK MSN163-BA FL MSN157-EK rolled out/outfitted+painted MSN158-EK rolled out/outfitted+painted MSN161-BA outfitted unpainted MSN168-EK waiting for OF (unpainted) MSN160-QR waiting for OF (unpainted) (I would expect OF to be now finished for both MSN159 and MSN163)

I am not sure about the QR frames. Spotterxfw's latest flightline picture shows MSN 143 was there a few hours ago. Though some work is probably being re-done on interiors, it might be performed in flightline hangars instead of outfitting hangars.

I wonder why MSN163 is in the paintshop. Surely it would make more sense to paint MSN161 first?

I wonder why MSN163 is in the paintshop. Surely it would make more sense to paint MSN161 first? We don't know why certain frames follow a special process. MSN 161 has performed its CFF before going to paint ...
