multiple daily flights... I wonder if its the same crews? Their seem to be rather few "normal" test flights of new build A330 frames. Perhaps they have enough crews on hand?. Airbus test flight pilots are not type restricted. |

If you have lots of flight activity you have lots of crew in use. A350 activity seems to slow to normal, A320 activity normal and nearly no activity around A330 but the neo test flights. |

Test flight crews often have holidays at year-end - sometimes more than other staff members. That could be one reason for a January lull.

Test flight crews often have holidays at year-end - sometimes more than other staff members. That could be one reason for a January lull. We were talking about seeing a lot of activity on the two A330-900 test frames and were the crews come from. |
