?!this is soo surprising, why pull a frame that is already in storage, against rolling out some frames that are ~not known in storage~ though long overdue?.....
MSN259EK 21 weeks since arrival, MSN263NH 14 weeks since arrival,......
(and why did they put that frame in storage state just for 2 months?.....)........
Anyways, 45 weeks for roll out for MSN256 since arrival.

We see that frames are put in storage, sit there for a while, then get delivered while others are stored. Remember that when all this was introduced, the release did not announce deferments from to 2017 to 2019, it actually announced that some frames (six ? I am not sure now) would be delayed from 2017 to 2018, others from 2018 to 2019. So, the rollover of frames in storage is pretty well organised.
