I doubt the delivery flight was MSN 8990, B-309Q.
The HEX 781851 is more likely MSN 9252 B-30CU.
B-309N is 78170E
B-309P is 781710
B-309R is 781719
B-309S is 78171A
So B-309Q is likely something with 78171..
B-30CM is 781841
B-30CP is 78184A
B-30CQ is 78184B
So 781851 being B-30CU is more likely, isn‘t it.
Also MSN 8990 was doing a flight yesterday so same night delivery is maybe not very usual.
