wow, that is truly a feat Let's remember that both manufacturers hope for more than 800 deliveries or more this year (on average, 200 per quarter). Engine and other supply issues have slowed Q1 production, even though Boeing has strongly increased pace in March. I just noticed that Boeing's figures per Someone's latest post in this thread seem to be March - not YTD as stated - production numbers.

I just noticed that Boeing's figures per Someone's latest post in this thread seem to be March - not YTD as stated - production numbers. They are YTD February, as I haven't had the time to do the March numbers yet. Also notice that neither in the delivery report does Boeing differentiate between the various 737MAX sub-types, so I have to manually find them

My post was not intended as criticism ! Sorry, I should have known from the date of your post (March 26th) that your numbers could not be for March. I just noticed the 737 March delivery number (66) was given in your post as a YTD number, which is coincidental (66 is both the March number and YTD number at end of February, the latter becoming 132 at Q1 end).

I took the freedom to correct your list, as one of the -8MAX delivered, was actually -9MAX. Although Boeing just list them all as MAX 737-700: 1 737-800: 36 737-800A: 1 737-MAX 8: 23 737-900ER: 4 737-MAX 9: 1 747-8F: 1 767-300F: 1 777-300ER: 7 777F: 1 787-9: 14 787-10: 1 YTD 2018 (YTD 2017) 737: 132 (113) 737-700: 1 (0) 737-800: 89 (102) 737-MAX 8: 35 (0) 737-900ER: 6 (11) 737-MAX 9: 1 (0) 747: 2 (1) 747-8F 2 (1) 767: 4 (2) 767-300F: 4 (2) 777: 12 (21) 777-300ER: 11 (20) 777F: 1 (1) 787: 34 (32) 787-8: 0 (8) 787-9: 33 (24) 787-10: 1 (0) Total: 184 (169)

Boeing apparently has its own production problems. I am not surprised by the lower-than-usual 777 and 787 numbers (the former is depleting its backlog, whereas the latter is affected by Trent 1000 problems), but 737 figures are unexpectedly low. Is this the consequence of Spirit production problems, or is the shortage of LEAP engines increasing ?
