Why choosing another timezone than one of the departure airport? Well ... To nitpick, we might alternatively use the TLS time zone for consistency with other deliveries (not that I seriously advocate it, I am for simplicity).

We should just use UTC time as the airline world does, or GMT as we call it in the 🇬🇧 😀

It doesn't make sense to use UTC to show deliveries around the world. I know this is off topic, but why not? It makes all deliveries all in the same timezone. Something used very commonly in the Aviations and Scientific community. Thats how I do it because its much easier to do calculations with it
