Interesting, straight south with a 'TLS ID flight'... Could MSN127 unexpectedly be delivered from TLS as well??... Fabien

Very few EK frames have been delivered from TLS ! I don't remember, have we speculated that MSN 127 may have a wing fix there before delivery ?

Indeed, MSN030_EK was the first and so far only exception to the delivery/rule, MSN095 is now the second one. MSN127 had its wings repair before roll out, at TLS.. Fabien

I think you are right, a380fanclub, but a delivery to EK from TLS is nevertheless a surprising change in practices.
The only industrial reason I can think of is a possible wing fix. Of course, it might be an unusual customer request, but it seems strange to me ...
EDIT : I see that Fabien points out that this aircraft already had a wing fix. In that case, the only reason for flying back to TLS I can think of is a small problem with that fix, forcing the aircraft to go to the workshop again before delivery.

nono, MSN095 European airline was supposed to be delivered from XFW, so a delivery from TLS made it exception to the rule, becoming the second exception to the delivery/rule (after MSN030)... (so far no clue to think that MSN115 could become a delivery/exception as well, it should be delivered from XFW...) Maybe a delivery of MSN127 from Toulouse could be driven by the same reasons why MSN030 was delivered from TLS, though unknown yet... Fabien
