According to digitalairliners.com, MSN127 returned to TLS for an engine change. That would be the second new engine (before delivery)

Those engines are designed to survive a bird strike, but there is always minor damage, like a few scratches. Of course, the customer will not accept the airframe even with only 1 scratch on the paint.
