right, luck its was on the runway. the engienes ran on and the Emirates could drive under its own power to the place, no firefighters

Normally another engine can be delivered within one business day.

At what stage did the problem occur? Was she already rolling and had to abort or even before?
And yes, my tweet was based on info from this forum. Actually it was a follow on tweet, the first referring to doubledecker-boards.net.

probably bird strike, there were already at a Lufthansa A320 by the acceptance flight.
