MNB apparently has been in maintenance since Jan 30. She returned into service of Feb 25 as MH2 KL-London, but after dumping fuel for an hour went back to KL. At 149 kts her landing speed was higher than the usual 127.
Update: MNB returned with suspected engine issue, said to be on no. 1. There was a strange smell. MAS confirms engine issue. MH2 rescheduled for Feb 26 and operatefd by MNA as MH2D.

MNB hit a tech issue in London on Oct 17. She is over at BA's facilities. It is a nice opportunity to have a look and see if BA should get those six MAS whales...

Yes, it can:
question is if 40 min tops was enough? didn't do the circling, just turned around and landed (technically, 1 big circle).

So, if the incident actually happened to an EK frame, our information was posted in the wrong thread ?

Is this aircraft in passenger service looking that dirty? Or was it some maintenance flight of a longtime stored aircraft?
