From the above link, the reason for JetBlue A321 delivery delays seems to be the ACF fuselage production problems we heard about in Q4 2018.

From the above link, the reason for JetBlue A321 delivery delays seems to be the ACF fuselage production problems we heard about in Q4 2018. I would say that it is undefined in that article what contributes to the delay. But IMO the main cause for well known delivery delays for A320neo family aircraft have been engines. |
